After login you can select [+ Create Case] from the page Cases, which you can select in the menu at the top of the page.
Case form
- Level 1: Twinfield Accounting
- At level 2 and level 3, select the topic appropriate to the question
- Products: API Support Twinfield Accounting.
- Subject + Description: please provide relevant information related to the question here.
- Product version and external reference are optional.
- Select [Next]. Now related articles are displayed, if this does not answer the question, you will find the button [Create a Case] at the bottom.
