How do I create an API-related case?

We only answer questions regarding API connections from certified partners.
Please log in to the Support portal with your Wolters Kluwer Account.

After login you can select [+ Create Case] from the page Cases, which you can select in the menu at the top of the page.

Case form
  1. Level 1: Twinfield Accounting
  2. At level 2 and level 3, select the topic appropriate to the question
  3. Products:  API Support Twinfield Accounting.
  4. Subject + Description: please provide relevant information related to the question here.
  5. Product version and external reference are optional.
  6. Select [Next]. Now related articles are displayed, if this does not answer the question, you will find the button [Create a Case] at the bottom.
